🔍 Our Recruitment Process

Your Application ✅

Once you submit your application, it will be reviewed by our wonderful talent team!

We carefully assess each application, focusing on key criteria such as:
  • Relevance to the role
  • Culture fit
  • General experience 
  • Industry knowledge
  • Potential

If your application has caught our eye, we will set up a screening call to get to know you a bit better!

Screening Call 👩🏽‍💻

Your initial screening call will consist of an informal chat with one of our awesome recruiters.

Client Review ⏳

This stage can take a bit longer than the rest, so please bear with us - we won't ghost you.

If our recruiters think you're a potential fit your profile will be passed on to the client who will decide if they are interested in interviewing you for the role.

Client Interview 🤝

This is when the client will decide if you are a good cultural fit for their company, so bring your A-game!

We will get you set up with a date and time that suits both your schedules.

Technical Task 📄

The technical task can consist of a skill, aptitude, or even personality assessment. 

This is typically a “take-home” task and you will be given a deadline to complete it.

We will always try to give you as much information as we can regarding the requirements!

Post Task Chat 💬

If the client is happy with your technical abilities, you will be invited to a Q&A chat with them. 

We will get in touch with you to set up a time and date for the call.

Once all the top candidates have been interviewed and completed tasks, the client will let our talent team know who they want to offer the job to.

Job Offer 🎉

Congratulations A-playa!

You will be sent a job offer document to sign which will include your role details, start date and your agreed-upon salary.

You’re Hired! 💼

Before your start date, our Head of Talent, Liv will send over your Contract of Employment to sign via email.

After that, you will be onboarded into the Marketing Pros Community!

Your new company will also do their own onboarding session with you once you start.
