Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

✅Applied

If your application has caught our eye after being reviewed by our wonderful recruiters Liv and Jo, we will set up a Google Meets screening call with you to get to know you a bit better!


Stage 2

👩‍💻Initial Screening Call with a Marketing Pros Recruiter

Your initial screening call will consist of an informal chat with one of our awesome recruiters. 

They'll tell you a bit more about Marketing Pros and what we do and then jump right into getting to know you a little better!

You'll also have the chance to ask them any questions about the role and the client. 
Stage 3

🪜Next Steps

After you've had your initial Screening call, and if our recruiters think you're a good fit, your profile will be passed on to the Client to review!

We will let you know when you should expect to hear back from us about next steps in the recruitment process.


Stage 4

🤝Interview with the Client

After we have sent the Client the top candidates to review, they will let us know if they are interested in having an interview with you. 

This stage is where you can bring your A-game so the Client can get to know you and determine if you are a good fit for the role.

We will get in touch with you to set up a time for this that works for everyone!



Stage 5

📄Technical Task

Once the Client identified short listed candidates to move forward in the process, they will receive a small task (or tasks) to assess for skills, aptitude, and even personality. 

This stage is typically a take-home task/s and depends on your availability to complete the task/s.

We will always try to give you as much information as we can regarding the requirements!
Stage 6

⏳Top Candidates Discussion

Once the Client has screened all the candidates, they will have a chat with our recruiters about who they would potentially like to offer the job to.

This stage can take a bit longer than the rest, so please bear with us - we won't ghost you.

Stage 7

📄 Post Assessment Task Q&A

After completing your take-home assessment and sharing it with the Client, and if you have passed the assessment, you will be invited to a Q&A chat with the Client to go over your assessment in more detail.

We will get in contact with you at this point to set up a time and date for this stage in the recruitment process.
Stage 8

🎉Job Offer

Congratulations A-playa!

This is when you will be sent a job offer document to sign which will include your role details, start date and your agreed upon salary.



Stage 9

💼You're Hired!

Your recruiter will send you your Contract of Employment to sign before your start date.

After that, you will be onboarded into your new role as well as Marketing Pros Community!
