Your application will be saved in our system to be reviewed by our wonderful talent team!
We carefully review each application, focusing on key criteria such as:
- relevance to the role
- culture fit
- general experience
- industry knowledge
- Potential
If your application has caught the attention of one of our recruiters, they will set up a screening call with you to get to know you a bit better!
- Stage 2

Your initial screening call will consist of an informal chat with one of our awesome recruiters.
- Stage 3
🪜Next Steps
If our recruiters think you're a potential fit after the screening call, your profile will be passed on to the client for review!
It is now up to the client to decide if they are interested in interviewing you for the role.
We will also give you a time frame of when you can expect to hear from us, as well as what the next steps in the recruitment process are if you are selected as a top candidate.

🤝Interview with the Client
This interview is for the client to decide if you are a good cultural fit for their company, so bring your A-game!
We will get you set up with a date and time that suits both your schedules.
- Stage 5
📄Technical Task
The technical task can consist of a skills, aptitude, or even personality assessment. This is
typically a “take-home” task and you will be given a deadline to complete it.
We will always try to give you as much information as we can regarding the requirements!
- Stage 6
🎉Job Offer
Congratulations A-playa!
You will be sent a job offer document to sign which will include your role details, start date and your agreed-upon salary.
- Stage 7
💼You're Hired!
Before your start date, our Head of Talent, Liv will send you your Contract of Employment to sign via email.
After that, you will be onboarded into the Marketing Pros Community!
Your new manager will also do their onboarding session with you once you start.
